This year I wanted to have new experiences in my art career, having felt like I really got the hang of my routine last year selling at art markets. One of those goals was to organise my own arty events.

With the help of another creative friend working at cafe with me, together we have organised an event to take place at The Fields Beneath Cafe after we close!

We loved the idea of an art market that is fun for people of all ages after school / work. It was my idea to make it food-themed as I love painting food AND it's taking place in a cafe! Food in my eyes is such a key aspect of community as well, and we wanted the event to help strengthen the community vibes of the area.

I'll be there selling my art, prints and cards - as well as hosting a little card-making workshop as an activity! I will be prepping little food-themed prints for the day so that people of all ages can make greeting cards using a combination of prints I've created - making it both unique to you and also quick and fun!

We don't know what to expect in terms of numbers, so this event will be a learning curve and mostly a chance to have fun and enjoy the evening sharing our love of food and how it brings us all together.

If you're looking for something wholesome to do on a summer Wednesday after work, come along and check us out! We'd love to see you!!!
