'Filling' Card

The art on this card is one of a series called 'Nourishing Connections'. This painting in the series is called 'Filling' as it captures a moment between myself and loved ones where we are crimping the edges to some homemade ravioli pasta after having filled them. This shared experience of slow and methodical preparation with our hands in my opinion is what conveys care and love the most. We are experiencing creating something we will enjoy thoroughly and will disappear before too long, even though hours was spent in preparing it. 'Filling' - oil on canvas, 2026.
