This original framed acrylic painting is one of my many pieces that touch on the theme of food and human connection. This piece depicts the bowls of mine and my boyfriend's - the one's we always eat out of every meal. They are both very different in characteristics, showcasing our differences, but the home cooked spinach curry meal being served inside both of them unifies the two, and makes one feel warm thinking of the joy of a simple meal made at home and shared between two people on a typical day.
This piece was accepted into and showcased at Winn's Gallery for the "Turning Winn's Gallery into a Home" Exhibition, 2025!
